Jessica Buurma is a third-generation real estate property manager. Jessica worked her way through college as a broker’s assistant in one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the nation. After her graduation from Dordt College with a degree in Business Marketing, she founded, along with her parents, Sierra Property Services, a North Bay Property Management firm. Jessica ran that operation and expanded it to include offices in Napa and Elk Grove. Because of her diverse background, Jessica is widely experienced in commercial property management, HOA management, lease analysis and CAM reconciliation. In 2014 she merged Sierra Property Services with Pacific Union Property Management which later became Compass, where she oversees the management of properties in the North Bay. Her diverse experience, fresh perspective and enthusiasm will help to ensure that your investment property receives the highest-quality professional care.
Damian Bennett, Bookkeeping
Damian joined Compass after 16 years in the tech industry. Throughout his tenure with Apple and Hewlett-Packard Damian built a reputation for developing business stragegies, incubating new business models, and building out channel programs. He also developed and managed an API Platform for Macys.com to support partner programs and the Macys & Bloomingdales mobile apps. Damian holds an MBA and Bachelor's degree in International Buisness. Spending many years creating systems and websites Damian is ready to transition into managing one. As an expert in AppFolio, he is able to provide our owners and tenants with top quality service, accounting and reporting.
Susan Lucas, Vice President San Francisco

An expert in the East Bay, Bryce and his family reside in the Lamorinda area. He is one of the most trusted and successful Real Estate agents in Contra Costa, Solano and Alameda counties. After graduating from the University of Arizona with a degree in Communications, Bryce started his professional career working for large Fortune 500 corporations such as Lucent Technologies, Nortel Networks, and BellSouth. Finally deciding to embark on a career where his interests were prominent, he earned his California real estate license in 2002 and worked as a Senior Loan Consultant for a large mortgage banker for six years. Becoming a REALTOR®, was the next logical transition for Bryce. He worked for a large national real estate brokerage in 2008 and quickly became a top producer and team leader, mentoring and coaching a group of 12 agents. Helping others has always been part of Bryce's mantra. He has been involved with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society raising money for cancer research for several years and currently is on the committee of the California Housing Affordability, raising funds to help promote housing and homeownership.
